FormaVex is a mobile-first field data collection platform that allows organizations to create forms, capture data in the field, and generate reports.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not use FormaVex to: violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, harass other users, or engage in fraud.
You retain ownership of all data you submit through FormaVex. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses due to outages.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy.
FormaVex is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
